If you are planning to do your research with us, please make sure you follow these terms and conditions 

 

• Your safety is our main concern, therefore you should have your full covered insurance which needs to be submitted before going to the trek.

• Please send your research proposal so that we can apply within the Nepal government agencies for the required permits

• Inform us if in case you are planning to take a sample from the trek, Nepal government has the provision of getting a permission from the government

• If you are planning to do an Arial observations using Drone or some other equipment, please let us know so that we can get the required permits 

• Nepal government might charge certain amount for the documentary making and other similar kind of activities, all such charges should be covered by you

• Nepal government might send their officers in certain researches, some budget should be separated for that 

• If you are planning to climb a peak nearby your research destination, you should take permit from the Nepal governmnet

• If you have any costly and sensitive equipment, please inform us in time so that we can take care of it

• The size and weight of the equipment you are bringing should be informed earlier

• Tips is common culture in Nepal, company is not responsible for tips 

• Alcohol in high altitude is completely prohibited 

• In case any helicopter rescue is needed the cost should be covered by you
