yes, we do but our main focus is on research thats why we would be more happy for treks that has a taste of research. 

• Does Himalayan Research Expedition organizes conference as well?

well we do. we can book halls in reasonable price and arrange all equipment needed 

• Do we work with low cost hotels?

yes of course, we are very flexible with our itineraries 

• Do I need to give Tips to guides ?

Tips is a very common practice in Nepal. you can offer tips if you feel like the guide worth it.
